greeted by Garret Rudolph as soon as we drove up, very knowledgeable
abut the Maxima we were looking at. He was able to work with the
creditors and get us a great deal and good trade in value on my truck.
We stayed after closing hours to finalize the deal, overall I was Very
satisfied with the service and would recommend anyone to Giles and
Garret.

Roy was the best salesman I've dealt with at Giles. I went through a
total of 3 salesmen and out of the 3 he was the best. He was really
knows all about his cars and helped me picked the best car that fitted
my needs/wants. I was a really hard customer and couldn't decide which
maxima I wanted but Clif came and made my decision much more easier.
Mrs. Denese in finance was awesome. She really went into detail about
the warranties they offered. Justin, the sales manger was great as well.
They all were really patient with me. I would recommend these 3 people
to anyone. NOW, go get you a car at Giles Nissan because they are the
best.

were very frustrated by the time we went to Giles. We had been many
places and were taken around to vehicles we were not interested in and
did not want. However, when we got to the Used Department we met Chris
F. and he actually listened to what we were not only interested in but
also what we NEEDED. When we got around to it, we decided on purchasing a
new vehicle and Chris took us to speak with Nick M. Chris explained
what we wanted and NEEDED (this was important) and they were very
helpful. We must have looked at so many vehicles that I cannot even
place a number on it but they never got frustrated with us and were
super patient. We ultimately decided on the 2012 Nissan Murano and we
fell in love. It was exactly what we needed and had all the features
that we wanted. We already have previous experience with Giles because
we have an Altima which we have serviced at Giles. The service
department is fast and efficient and we have never had any problems.
Thanks to everyone who helped last night, even though it meant staying
past close to finish the deal. We are super happy and plan on
recommending these guys to anyone looking for a good deal with a

recently was in the market for an infiniti so i looked all around town
and the best one was at Giles. As soon as i pulled up I was immediately
greeted by Merlin. He was super nice and helpful and got me my dream car
for way less than i could have ever thought. Being my new car was a
manual and i wasn't an expert at driving it, he brought me home in it.
Since then he sends me texts just to check up on me and make sure
everything is going well. I highly recommend Giles and Merlin for great
customer service and the best prices around!!

for Garrett! I don't know the rest of the staff but he was great.
Answered my questions and got me out of the dealership in a reasonable
amount of time. This was a surprise for my wife so he also went of his

with. The lifetime dealership warranty Giles is offering was a big
seller for me. Everyone treated me well and worked with me. I got a

for making the experience so easy on a late Friday afternoon. Jake and
Liz were great and made the waiting comfortable. I was not able to stay
as long as I would have liked to go over everything but it was late and I
was exhausted from traveling from Baton Rouge trying to get home to
Lake Charles with a broken car. It was a good feeling to have a new safe
vehicle with all the travels I do. The Insurance company's computer was
down so there were some snags getting proper documentation but they
were patient and waiting until I got it faxed to them. The paperwork
went smoothly.

bought a 2013 Nissan Rogue from Giles on September 3, 2013. I test
drove the vehicle with salesman Robert Ortego, who was very
knowledgeable and was very accommodating to my schedule. I was turned
over to Nick Miller, as Mr. Ortego was out. Mr. Miller was able to
answer all of my questions and helped me get a great deal! He was very
knowledgeable about the Rogue and all of the features and explained
everything, some things even twice! I can't say enough good things about
